Sotola Bar & Grill is celebrating their one-year anniversary. Restaurant owners Adam and Ashley Bernardi, along with the Capitola-Soquel Chamber of Commerce and Capitola Mayor Mike Termini, invite the community to come celebrate with a Ribbon Cutting at 4pm. Following the ribbon cutting, patrons can enjoy happy hours specials, and diners will receive a complimentary glass of champagne, along with the option of ordering a menu sampler platter available for $10, a delicious way to try a variety of dishes.
With the restaurant nestled in Capitola overlooking Soquel Creek, owners Adam and Ashley chose the name Sotola, derived from a time in history dating back to 1929 when plans were considered to consolidate the towns of Soquel and Capitola and incorporate under one name. It was suggested that the name of the consolidated town be Sotola, a combination of the two towns. Sotola Bar & Grill is open daily serving lunch, dinner, drinks, a bar menu, and happy hour specials.
