Sword and Board Games Announces Grand Opening in New Location
Santa Cruz County’s Biggest Game Store Adds Play Space, Welcomes Community
 
Sword and Board Games presents the Grand Opening of its new location in Capitola Mall on Friday, May 12th at 3:30 pm, with a ribbon-cutting ceremony held by the Capitola-Soquel Chamber of Commerce and Capitola Vice Mayor Kristen Brown. The ceremony will mark the official opening of Santa Cruz County’s largest store and play area for board, card, miniature, and roleplaying games. The celebration will take place from 3:30 until 5:30 with free game demonstrations and refreshments.

Store owners Greg Peterson and Alyssa Lax will be on hand to welcome one and all to this glorious game space! Free games of all types will be demonstrated and played, and the fun will continue all weekend. We’ll see you there!
