The Capitola community is invited to a special Town Hall–style City Council Meeting on Thursday, November 20, at 6:00 PM at the New Brighton Middle School Performing Arts Center.

This is a great opportunity to hear updates on major City initiatives, long-term planning efforts, and ways to stay connected with your local government.
